Longan Agar Jelly《桂圆冻糕》

Ingredient:

1 pack Dapur Desa Agar-agar strips (25g)
80g Rock Sugar (Approx)
20g Dried Longan (Wash and soak for 10 minutes)
20g Dried Red Dates (Remove seeds, wash and soak for 10 minutes)
1 spoon Wolfberry (Wash and soak for 10 minutes)
1500ml Water

1. Boiled water, put in dried longan, red dates cook for 3 minutes.
2. Put in agar-agar strips, cook until it melt in medium low heat.
3. Put in rock sugar and wolfberry, stir until rock sugar become melt.
3. Lastly, pour into mould, wait it cool downand put in to fridge, serve in cold.

材料:

1包蒂沙燕菜条 (25g )
80g 冰糖 (依口味添加/减少)
20g 龙眼干 (洗净,浸泡10分钟)
20g 去籽红枣 (洗净,浸泡10分钟)
1 匙枸杞 (洗净,浸泡10分钟)
1500ml 清水

1. 将清水煮沸,把龙眼干、红枣置入煮大约3分钟。
2. 加入燕菜丝,以中小火煮至完全溶化。
3. 加入冰糖及枸杞,搅拌煮至冰糖完全溶化即可熄火。
3. 最后,把成品倒入模型中,待凉即可放入冰箱冷冻享用。
