Belacan Fried Rice《虾膏炒饭》


Prepare:
2 bowl Cooked Rice
½ Onion (Sliced)
80g Chicken Breast Meat (Diced)
6pcs Prawn Meat (Peeled & Diced)
60g Mix Vegetable
2pcs Egg
Seasoning:
1 Spoon Dapur Desa Belacan
Some Thai Chilli Sauce


Method:
1. Fried Egg, bring out and ready for use.
2. Heat Oil, Stir-fry Onion /Chicken Meats/Prawn Meat & Mix Vegetable until cooked, bring out on a bowl and ready for use.
3. Heat Oil, put in Belacan and some Thai Chilli Sauce, sauté until fragrant.
4. Pour in Rice, stir until loose and balanced.
5. Lastly put in all the well-cooked ingredient, stir well and ready to use.


材料准备:
两碗熟白饭
半颗洋葱(切细末)
80g鸡胸肉(切丁)
6只中虾 (去壳切丁) 60g杂菜豆
2颗鸡蛋


调味料: 1匙帝莎虾膏 ,泰式辣椒酱适量 做法:


1. 将鸡蛋液炒熟取出置于一个碟子备用。
2. 热油锅,倒入洋葱拌炒,然后继续加入鸡胸肉、虾肉及杂菜豆炒熟,取出备用。
3. 热油锅,下虾膏煸炒,加入一些泰式辣椒酱,慢慢炒出香味。
4. 倒入白饭炒至米粒松散及均匀。
5. 最后倒入所有炒熟之配料,拌炒均匀即可。
