Belacan Water Spinach《马来风光》

Prepare:
300g Water Spinach
1 spoon Chopped Garlic
½ pcs Sliced Red Chili
1 Spoon Dapur Desa Belacan
½ teaspoon Salt
Method:
1. Wash and chop Water Spinach.
2. Heat 1 spoon of cooking oil, put in Garlic, Belacan & Red Chili, stir-fry until fragrant.
3. Pour in Water Spinach and Salt, stir-fry until cooked and ready to serve.
材料准备:
300g 空心菜(蕹菜)
1 汤匙蒜茸
½ 条红辣椒(切片)
1 匙帝莎虾膏
½ 茶匙食盐
1. 将空心菜洗净切段备用。
2. 热一大匙食油,置入蒜茸,虾膏及红辣椒片炒至起香味。
