CINNAMON BREADSTICKS(8 servings) / 肉桂面包条

INGREDIENTS:
130g butter or margarine
1 tablespoon oil
3 cups flour (wheat flour or whole grain wheat flour)
2 teaspoon Desa Kuching/Natural Leaf cinnamon powder
1 teaspoon fine salt
1 tablespoon baking powder
fresh milk

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Place butter and oil in pan and put in oven so butter melts as the oven heats up.
2. Stir dry ingredients together, and gradually add milk, stirring until dough forms and leaves sides of bowl. I don't bother to actually measure out the milk - just add it gradually until there's enough.
3. Knead 5-6 times in bowl; place on floured countertop and roll out into 9x13-inch rectangle.
4. Lay dough in pre-heated 9x13-inch pan, atop the melted butter/oil. Bake at 180 Celsius for 20 minutes.
5. Cut into 1/2" strips, serve with coffee/soup/tuna or others salads or fruits.

***Reduce cinnamon powder or garlic powder to make garlic or cinnamon breadsticks from this recipe!

 

材料:
130g 植物性奶油
一汤匙玉米油
三杯面粉(随意添加全谷粉)
两茶匙 古晋/康叶肉桂粉
一茶匙细盐
一汤匙自发粉
适量鲜奶

做法:
1. 奶油+玉米油隔热水溶化,混合。
2. 把其他材料搅拌均匀,加入适量的牛奶,搅拌搓至形成光滑面团,放置一旁待用。
3. 揉成非常光滑的面团,以擀面棍按成大约9x13寸的矩形面皮。
4.把面团置在预先抹油的烤盘,最后放入已经预热好的烤炉以180度烤20分钟或金黄色。
5.取出,切成条状。随意配咖啡/浓汤/吞拿鱼或各种配料享用。

***把肉桂粉与香蒜粉替换可随意变换肉桂面包条或香蒜面包条食谱!
