INGREDIENTS:
1 Whole Chiken (Cleaned)
2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 teaspoon Desa Kuching Five Spices Powder
1/2 teaspoon Natural Leaf Himalayan Organic Salt
1 teaspoon Sugar
Some Desa Kuching White Pepper Powder
Some Desa Kuching Sprinkle Black Pepper Coarse
Some Sesame Oil
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Souse all the spices & ingredient with whole chicken for 3 hours or longer.
2. Pre-heat the oven with 200 degree celsius.
3. Bake chicken at 180 Celsius for 40 minutes.
4. Serve with fresh fruit or vegetable.
