Spicy Rice Noodle《酸辣米粉》

Prepare:
200g Rice Noodle (Cooked & Sieve away water)
¼ Cup Water
150g Shrimp
Some Fried Ground Nuts
Ingredient A: 50g Chopped Small Shallot, 20g Chopped Coriander Leafs, 1pcs Ginger Bud (sliced), Some Mint Herbs, 20g Dapur Desa Kerisek
Ingredient B: 50g Dapur Desa Belacan + 10 spoons Lime Juice + 2 teaspoons Salt
Method:
1. Bring ¼ Water to boiled and add in Shrimp Meats. Take out once it’s cooked. Put on a bowl for prepare of use. Leave the Water become Shrimp Soup and ready to use.
2. Prepare a large mixing bowl, mixed all Ingredients A together.
3. Toss in Shrimp Meats, Shrimp Soup, Rice Noodle and all Ingredient B, mixed well.
4. Garnish some Ground Nuts and ready to serve.
材料准备:
200g 米粉 (用沸水煮熟沥干水分备用)
150g 虾
¼ 杯清水
适量炒香花生米
材料 A: 50g 红葱头(切细), 20g 芫荽(切细), 1朵姜花(切丝), 少许薄荷叶, 20g 帝莎椰酱
材料 B: 50g 帝莎虾膏 + 10 汤匙酸柑汁+ 2 茶匙食盐
1. 将¼ 杯清水煮至沸腾,加入虾仁煮熟,捞起备用。留起虾汤备用。
2. 准备一个大碗,将材料A加入,搅拌均匀。
3. 继续加入煮熟的虾仁、米粉、虾汤及材料B,搅拌均匀即可享用。
4. 洒上香脆花生米即可享用。
