Beef Rib Soup《牛骨汤》

Ingredient:

300g Beef Rib (or others meat bone)
1 pack Dapur Desa Beef Rib Soup Spices (13g)
2 pcs Tomato(cut)
1 pcs Garlic bulb
1 teaspoon salt

1. Put beef rib in boiling water cook about 3 minutes to remove blood.
2. Boiling 1 liter of water, add in Dapur Desa Beef Rib Soup Spices, garlic and beef rib, boil about 30 minutes.
3. Lastly turn off the flame, put in tomatos & salt, stir well and serve.

材料:

300g 牛骨(或其它肉骨)
1 包帝莎牛骨汤包 (13g)
2 颗番茄(切块)
1 颗蒜头
1 茶匙食盐

1. 将牛骨以沸水川烫约3分钟,去掉血沫。
2. 煮沸1公升清水,加入汤包,蒜头及牛骨煲大约30分钟至出味。
3. 熄火之后加入番茄及食盐搅拌均匀即可。
